How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated based on your order weight and shipping country during checkout, however you can find details of our pricing on our Shipping & Delivery page.
How long until my package arrives?
UK mainland deliveries are 1-3 working days. If you order before 12.00 Monday - Friday, then the delivery will be next working day.
International shipping is usually 7-18 working days depending on the destination.
If you did not receive your gift card, simply click Resend gift cards on your order confirmation. Please note that this link will only work if the order has been fulfilled.
A gift card can be used more than once provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
You can use more than one gift card for a purchase.
You cannot buy another gift card with a gift card.
Gift cards can be used in conjunction with offers and discounts.
If you need to check the balance of your gift card, please email us on email@example.com and we can provide you with the amount.
Items purchased with a gift card can be exchanged only.
What if I want to return my items?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee*. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason you can return your goods for a full refund within 30 days. Goods must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached and must be unused and unworn.
The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
*Unfortunately, items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be returned.
Purchases made using a gift card can be exchanged only. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.

If I order a name tag with my order can I return my item if I don't want to keep it?
Unfortunately customised item with name tags can't be returned as they are not resalable.
Is my bag waterproof?
Most of our canvas bags are made using a waxed canvas which is showerproof.
We recommend Renapur products for keeping your bag or apron in tip-top condition. Click the link for details.
The wax coating on our bags will gradually wear away over time so we also recommend re-waxing every now and then. This will give your bag a new lease of life. Barbour wax is readily available (amongst others) and is perfect for the job.
This is an easy process - just gently rub the wax into the fabric, making sure you get right into the nooks and crannies. You can use a hairdryer to apply gentle heat to distribute the wax by 'melting' it into the surface. Allow 24 hours to dry so the wax works its way into the fabric.
If I order a name tag for my item will this delay delivery?
Adding a name tag may delay the dispatch of your order by 1 working day at busy periods but as a rule orders with bespoke name tags are dispatched within 1 working day.
I have a business and I would like to have my logo embossed and added to an item, can you do this?
