Where are Cotswold Hipster dog collars made?
All Cotswold Hipster dog collars and leads are made in our workshop in The Cotswolds, UK.
What materials do you use?
We use leather, wool felt and BioThane® depending on the collection. Our hardware is solid brass unless stated otherwise.
What types of dog accessories do you make?
Our range includes clip leads, slip leads, matching collars and accessories.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated based on your order weight and shipping country during checkout. You can find details of our pricing on our Shipping & Delivery page.
How long until my package arrives?
For UK mainland deliveries we use a Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service, Monday - Friday.
International shipping is usually 7-18 working days depending on the destination.
Gift Cards
If you did not receive your gift card, simply click Resend gift cards on your order confirmation. Please note that this link will only work if the order has been fulfilled.
A gift card can be used more than once provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
You can use more than one gift card for a purchase.
You cannot buy another gift card with a gift card.
Gift cards can be used in conjunction with offers and discounts.
If you need to check the balance of your gift card, please email us on hello@cotswoldhipster.com and we can provide you with the amount.
Items purchased with a gift card can be exchanged only.
What if I want to return my items?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee*. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason you can return your goods for a full refund within 30 days. Goods must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached and must be unused and unworn.
The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
*Unfortunately, items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be returned.
Purchases made using a gift card can be exchanged only. Email us at hello@cotswoldhipster.com with your request.

If I order a name tag with my order can I return my item if I don't want to keep it?
Unfortunately customised item with name tags can't be returned as they are not resalable.
If I order a name tag for my item will this delay delivery?
Adding a name tag may delay the dispatch of your order by 1 working day at busy periods but as a rule orders with bespoke name tags are dispatched within 1 working day.
I have a business and I would like to have my logo embossed and added to an item, can you do this?
Yes we can offer this service. There is a charge for the making of the die please contact us regarding your request and we will be able to supply you with a quote. email: hello@cotswoldhipster.com
