Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 48hrs of receiving your order. If you have requested a bespoke name tag to be attached to your item this could, at busy times, add 1 working day to the dispatch time.

Goods over the value of £10 are sent using a tracked service.

We do everything we can to dispatch your order to you in a timely manner, if you have any problems with the delivery of your goods then you can email us hello@cotswoldhipster.com and we will do everything we can to assist you in tracking your parcel.
